If you are dynamic and self-motivated, then we are looking for you to join our growing team as a Business Development Associate (BDA). This role will be responsible for managing properties within a designated locality and driving the company’s growth by expanding our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the real estate, hospitality, or service industry, with a deep understanding of the local market and a proven ability to network and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management – Oversee the management and operations of properties within a designated area, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and tenants’ needs are met.

Business Development – Identify and pursue new property acquisition opportunities, establishing relationships with property owners, developers, and other key stakeholders to expand Renteel’s portfolio.

Client Relations – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering excellent service and building long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Analysis – Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Networking – Leverage existing relationships and continuously build new connections within the real estate, hospitality, and service industries to drive business growth.

Reporting –  Provide regular updates and reports on property performance, potential leads, and market insights to Renteel.

Who can do it:

1. Proven experience in business development, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or the service industry.

2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a robust understanding of the local market.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.

5. A strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding client expectations.

6. Knowledge of property management practices is a plus.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
